JD Vance
Maybe I Was Wrong.
My initial assessment of JD Vance was that he was an Esablishment plant as a backup plan in case President Trump was re-elected. I think now, and hope, that I was wrong in my judgment. Time, as I know well, will make that determination. However, from what I see at the moment, I believe I was wrong. I posted on X about it, but it is not likely really anyone saw the post as my reach there is let’s just say extremely limited. Nonetheless, if I was wrong, I offer my heartfelt apology, and my congratulations, to Vice President-elect Vance.
I think Mr. Vance will do more than the vast majority of Vice Presidents, who all seem to improve their golf handicaps during their tenures. Joe Biden apparently did so during his useless (for the United States, but very profitable for him personally) time in that office. What we, and President Trump, really need is a President of the Senate. THAT is the job of the VP. Vance must wrest control of that noble institution from the Establishment iron grip. He must BE its president. BE its navigator.
He has my prayers in those endeavors. He ha been there, so he knows the difficulties which lie ahead. Forms long established do not fall easily. Be relentless, consistent, and persistent.
